Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
-Please allow up to 5 business days for processing your order, plus additional shipping time. Packages ship from Northern Alberta.
-All Canadian packages are sent Expedited Mail through Canada Post, and come with a tracking number and insurance coverage up to $100.00.
-All USA packages are sent Tracked or Expedited Mail, depending on weight. Both come with a tracking number and up to $100.00 insurance.

Returns:
-No returns or refunds on cut fabric, head coverings, or music CD's.
Other Items:
-All other returned items are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
-Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase and be in its original packaging and in new condition. Used items, or items altered in any way such as, but not limited to, washing, cutting, or dirtied, cannot be refunded.
-We will not refund shipping charges and buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.
-Returns must be first approved by Dandelion Fabrics & Gifts. Please contact us at dandelionfabricsandgifts@live.ca for further instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
